Careers Expo is the only event that presents enormous variety of possible career options, if you’re seeking to upskill, considering a career transition or simply looking for new employment and talk with industry experts in a variety of sectors.

Students can begin developing the framework of their tertiary or vocational pathway options and consider their post school life journey. This expo is an excellent source of information to assist with upper school subject selection.

Students in Years 10 – 12 will benefit from connecting with education and training institution experts to help shape their future.

For parents and guardians, the expo offers an insight into their child’s career interests and leverage conversations to participate and guide in the career planning process.

For over 20 years Careers Expo has showcased of over 100 organisations from local and national universities, various vocational and professional training providers, industry associations, employers, relevant support and facilitation organisations.

Venue Location

Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC) is located on the Swan River in the Perth central business district. The venue is accessible by foot via Brookfield Place from St Georges Terrace or via the pedestrian bridge over Mounts Bay Road.

Public Transport Options

PCEC is on the doorsteps of the Elizabeth Quay Train and Bus Stations and the Elizabeth Quay Jetty. Travelling to the expo by train, bus or ferry is safe, simple and convenient. Visit Transperth for information on bus services or call their Infoline on 136213 (TTY: 9428 1999 for the hearing-impaired).

City of Perth Parking

The expansive Convention Centre Car Park is located under PCEC. The car park is operated by the City of Perth, offering 1,500 bays including 23 ACROD spots. It’s open 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Stairs and lifts lead directly from the car park into the venue.

Taxi and ride share location

Taxis and ride share services operate drop-off and pick-up services to and from the front door of the venue. An adjacent taxi rank is available in front of the Parmelia Hilton Perth Hotel on Mill Street.

The City of Perth manages and operates the 24-hour Convention Centre Car Park under an exclusive arrangement with the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. This allows event organisers the option to offer and coordinate advanced parking passes provided it meets their strict booking conditions.

Keen2connect (K2C) recognise the inconvenience if exhibitors are unable to park during the event period. Given the popularity of this convenient parking location, particularly during weekdays, K2C offers this service to provide exhibitors with the option to guarantee their parking for a stress-free arrival.

KEY INFORMATION

  • RESERVED PARKING PASS: $50 per bay, per day. Parking without a pass is subject to availability.
  • NO CHANGES/REFUNDS: K2C are required to confirm total parking passes by COB Friday, 27 MARCH 2026.
  • PRICE CHANGES: City of Perth reserves the right to change prices with 60 days' notice. Prices are fixed once paid.

    INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. PROCESS: Complete the form with the number of bays required for each day and submit by FRIDAY 27 MARCH 2026.
    2. INVOICE AND PAYMENT: An invoice will be sent upon order confirmation. Payment must be received by MONDAY 30 MARCH 2026.
    3. PASS COLLECTION: Prior to parking your vehicle, please collect your parking passes from the Careers Expo desk, located in the foyer outside Pavilion 4 on WEDNESDAY, 13 MAY 2026 (13.00– 18.00) or THURSDAY, 14 MAY 2026 (7.00 - 9:00).
    4. PASS RULES: Passes permit one-time entry per day. No specific bays allocated. Entry from Mounts Bay Road opposite Mill Street.

    Public Liability Insurance Form

    It is a condition of your participation in the Careers Expo 2026 ("the Event") that your organisation ("the Client") demonstrates to Keen2connect it holds an insurance policy which includes Product and Public Liability cover with a minimum of $10 million. The cover must respond to any claim against damage or injury caused to third parties/visitors on or in the vicinity of your exhibition stand ("the Stand") be valid for the period ending no sooner than midnight on 18 May 2026.

    To comply with this, your organisation must provide a copy of the Certificate of Currency for its insurance policy evidencing the minimum coverage of $10 million per claim. The Certificate of Currency must be received by Keen2connect no later than 1 May 2026 and be valid until the period ending at midnight on 18 May 2026.
