Why Careers Expo?

Careers Expo 2025 will continue to be held at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre over 4 days from Thursday 15 to Sunday 18 May, 2025. Organised school groups are most welcome to register on Thursday and Friday. Once again, we’ll bring together the broadest range of tertiary education, training and vocational organisations suitable for students, educators, parents and carers. This includes an array of local and national universities, private education institutions, professional organisations, employers and a wide range of vocational training and group training organisations.

Registration for the Careers Expo 2025 is now open. Complete the online registration form or use the ‘Click to Register’ button to register your school group.

If you wish to attend on either the Saturday 17 May or Sunday 18 May, 2025, it’s not necessary to register prior to arrival.

School Resources

We have a range of promotional, logistical and risk management resources to assist you to plan and promote your visit at your school. The promotional material is also suitable for distribution to parents and carer’s who may wish to attend the event with their children, separate to a school excursion. Materials will be available closer to the 2025 event dates.

The City of Perth manages and operates the 24-hour Convention Centre Car Park under an exclusive arrangement with the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. This allows event organisers the option to offer and coordinate advanced parking passes provided it meets their strict booking conditions.

Keen2connect (K2C) recognise the inconvenience if exhibitors are unable to park during the event period. Given the popularity of this convenient parking location, particularly during weekdays, K2C offers this service to provide exhibitors with the option to guarantee their parking for a stress-free arrival.

KEY INFORMATION

  • RESERVED PARKING PASS: $50 per bay, per day. Parking without a pass is subject to availability.
  • NO CHANGES/REFUNDS: K2C are required to confirm total parking passes by COB Friday, 4 April 2025.
  • PRICE CHANGES: City of Perth reserves the right to change prices with 60 days' notice. Prices are fixed once paid.

    INSTRUCTIONS

    • 1. PROCESS: Complete the form with the number of bays required for each day and submit by FRIDAY 28 MARCH 2025.
    2. INVOICE AND PAYMENT: An invoice will be sent upon order confirmation. Payment must be received by FRIDAY, 4 APRIL 2025.
    3. PASS COLLECTION: Prior to parking your vehicle, please collect your parking passes from the Careers Expo desk, located in the foyer outside Pavilion 4 on WEDNESDAY, 14 MAY 2025 (13.00– 18.00) or THURSDAY, 15 MAY 2025 (7.00 - 9:00).
    4. PASS RULES: Passes permit one-time entry per day. No specific bays allocated. Entry from Mounts Bay Road opposite Mill Street.

    Unfortunately, K2C are unable to accept any orders after the deadline. For casual parking fees and real-time bay availability, visit www.cityofperthparking.com.au.

    Public Liability Insurance Form

    It is a condition of your participation in the Careers Expo 2025 ("the Event") that your organisation ("the Client") demonstrates to Keen2connect it holds an insurance policy which includes Product and Public Liability cover with a minimum of $10 million. The cover must respond to any claim against damage or injury caused to third parties/visitors on or in the vicinity of your exhibition stand ("the Stand") be valid for the period ending no sooner than midnight on 19 May 2025.

    To comply with this, your organisation must provide a copy of the Certificate of Currency for its insurance policy evidencing the minimum coverage of $10 million per claim. The Certificate of Currency must be received by Keen2connect no later than 2 May 2025 and be valid until the period ending at midnight on 19 May 2025.
